Account deletion

1Information to include

• Your full name
• Your registered phone number or email address
• Your school name, if applicable
• Whether you want to delete your full account or only specific data

We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request.

2What we delete

For a full account deletion, we delete or anonymize data associated with your Clasa account where technically and legally possible. This includes:

• Profile information
• School membership information
• Clasa app account records

3What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or school administration. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from our systems.

4Delete specific data only

You may request deletion of specific optional data, such as your profile photo, without deleting your full account. In your email, name the data you want removed.
