Terms of Service

1. Who can use Clasa

Clasa is for schools, colleges, tuition and coaching centres, and their communities — administrators, teachers, staff, parents and students. It can also be used to contact friends without sharing personal phone numbers. Children may use Clasa under the direction of their school, parent or guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

2. Your account

You sign in with your phone number. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity on it, and should notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Schools and roles

Schools and admins manage their spaces, classes, members and communication, and set the access and roles of their members. For school-managed and student data, we act on the school's instructions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Clasa for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive;
• send spam or harassment, or share content that infringes others' rights;
• disrupt the service, or attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to it.

We may suspend or remove access that breaches these Terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you share. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the service — to store your content and deliver it to its intended recipients. You are responsible for the content you post and for having the right to share it.

6. Privacy

Your use of Clasa is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep Clasa reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of Clasa. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Clasa at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, or to protect users and the service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
